Changes since 13-11-2002

Sorry, still no major updates, however I hope to be working on the site soon again. The following changes have been made:

• Added a link to the newly designed 'Trojan Records' site in the links section.
• Changed back to the server on which this site was running before (due to a disk crash on the new server).

Changes since 01-08-2002

Oops, I'm sorryfor the lack of updates, but we've been very busy working on the house and it took a while before everything found it's place (including us). The following changes have been made:

• Changed the style description for the body a little so that the scrollbar will match the colors of this site. This will work only for some browsers, for all others it'll look the same as always (grey).
• Changed the server on which this site is running.

Changes since 19-02-2002

About a month ago my girlfriend & I received the key to our house, since then we've been very busy working on the house (painting & stuff like that). Finally I also found some time to update the site, but I can't tell when the next update will be. This week my site has also passed the 10.000 visits mark, for me it's a proof that there is a need for a site like this and that keeps me going. The following changes have been made:

• Added a link to 'Inner-Eye' in the links section. This site doesn't have anything to do with reggae music, but it's a business run by a friend.
• Added a link to the 'Dance Crasher' site in the links section. The article from the 'Blues And Soul' magazine (see the images section) came from their site.
• Added the new photographs from Michael Steinbach (only the photos with Prince Far I in it) and the ticket scan from Oliver to the images section.
• Added info and sound samples for the 'Virgin' / 'Danger' 10'' to the 10'' part of the discography section.
• Added info and sound samples for the 'HIGHER FIELD MARSHLL/I AND I A THE CHOSEN ONES (H. James-M. Williams)' / 'LOVED BY EVERYONE (M. Williams)' 12'' to the 12'' part of the discography section.
• Added info and sound samples for the '83 STRUGGLE (M. WILLIAMS & ASHANTIE ROY)' / 'WEEPING WAILING (ASHANTIE ROY)' 12'' to the 12'' part of the discography section.
• Added info and sound samples for the 'CREATION TIME (V Buckley)' / 'RAIN FROM THE SKY (Adopted)' 12'' to the 12'' part of the Featuring Prince Far I section.
• Added info and sound samples for the 'LOVE JAH ONLY' / 'LOVE JAH VERSION (Bim Sherman)' 12'' to the 12'' part of the Prince Far I Productions section.
• Added info and sound samples for the 'JAH WILL EXPLAIN' / 'WICKED FEEL IT (Doctor Pablo)' 12'' to the 12'' part of the Prince Far I Productions section.
• Added the lyrics for all songs from the 'Message From The King' album. The lyrics were written down by Mike V. (aka Fish) and I edited them a bit. I don't have enought knowledge of the English language to guarantee that these lyrics are correct, but any comments are welcome.
• Removed the 'Search' option from the menu, it took too much time to update and it was just used once in a while.

Changes since 22-01-2002

Last week I received some new photographs from Michael Steinbach. Also recived some scans of labels and a scan of the ticket for the concert at SO 36 (thanks Oliver). I'll add the ticket together with the new concert photos in the next update, I didn't have time to put them online yet. People are sending me helpfull information, that's what I need to keep this site as informative as possible, thanks for that. The following changes have been made:

• Added some more names to the thanks section, never forget to thank people if they helped you out ;-)
• Added info and sound samples for the 'TRIBUTE TO MICHAEL HOLDING' / 'HEAVY BOWLING ' 7'' to the 7'' part of the discography section.
• Added info and sound samples for the 'Blackman Land (Prince Far - I)' / 'VERSION' 7'' to the 7'' part of the discography section.
• Added info and sound samples for the 'HEAVY MANNERS' / 'VERSION' 7'' to the 7'' part of the discography section.
• Added info and sound samples for the 'Front Line Speech' / 'Version' 7'' to the 7'' part of the discography section.

Changes since 11-01-2002

Just a small update of the layout (finally). I got bored seeing the same layout for over a year now. The menu on left (in the previous layout) took too much space and wasn't showing which item was last chosen. The new menu (in the top) is only 1 level deep, but in the future I want to add some submenus. The previous layout also used a lot more frames which decreased the speed and increased traffic. Well, enough said on the layout, I just hope you all like it. Sorry, no other updates!

Changes since 08-01-2002

First of all I want to wish all the visitors a HAPPY NEW YEAR. I didn't update my site for two weeks, but to keep an average of at least one update per week I've added three new 7'' to the website. The following changes have been made:

• Split up this news section in years. Each year will have it's own 'News' section.
• Added more information for the concerts (see the concert photos in the images section). For both concerts the time and place is now known.
• Added info and sound samples for the 'DECK OF CARDS' / 'VERSION' 7'' to the 7'' part of the discography section.
• Added info and sound samples for the 'TALKING RIGHTS' / 'VERSION' 7'' to the 7'' part of the discography section.
• Added info and sound samples for the 'HEAVY MANNERS' / 'HEAVY DISCIPLINE' 7'' to the 7'' part of the discography section.
